Design Class/Course

Course Description

This essential course is geared towards any Mastercam users with little to no experience up to experienced programmers in need of additional design core fundamentals for 2D and 3D design. Users will learn to create and manipulate wireframe and solids along with model prep tools. The class will also show users how to utilize dimensions and draft techniques for blueprint creation, along with a variety of modern methods such as transform/mirror and Dynamic alterations.

 

*This course is highly recommended for all programmers*

 

Method of Instruction

This classroom setting experience with personal handout instructions to be completed by the student.

After completion of the class the students can guide themselves back through each module and refresh their skills by completing the designs at their own self-pace.

 

Objectives

After completing this course, you will be able to:

• Explain and discuss the workflow for creating designs and prints.

• Ability to know where the design tools are and how to implement processes learned in class to design at your own pace.
